DATABASE DESCRIPTION
FROSTI (Foodline®: Food Science and Technology) provides details of international scientific and technical infirmation relating to the food and drink sectors. Growing at a rate of 2,200 records monthly and with nearly 30 years' of data available, FROSTI is one of the largest databases of its kind. All areas of food science and technology are covered, including food safety, processing, microbiology, ingredients, analysis, toxicology, equipment, nutrition, packaging, environmental issues, biotechnology, quality control and food chemistry. All product sectors within the food and drinks industry are covered. Key journals are abstracted and available online within two weeks of delivery.
