Most databases are bibliographic - providing detailed references to articles, conference papers, books and reports.
To get your own Username and Password you need to Register from the Home Page

A network of National Centres provides local support and documentation and online help is available.
EINS GEM is provided by the EINS (European Information Network Services) organisation. It’s a consortium of Service Providers (online host systems), and technical, administrative and marketing centres, structured as EEIG (European Economic Interest Group).
