ЧЧЧ Deposit Account ЧЧЧ

Starting from 2006 the access to the EINS services is available only on a pre-paid basis.
This kind of access allows the User to make a payment once and then to search databases, while the costs (*) are automatically detracted from the Deposit Account. The User is allowed to check his Account online, in real time.

(*) For technical reasons some functions and services cannot be automatically deducted in real time; in particular, the accounting of the original document orders to Document Suppliers will be invoiced separately, while the SDI costs are charged on the budget amount by the end of the months.

How the Deposit Account works

The amount deposited can be used, without any end date, to search the EINS databases and for the usage of all the services available; the User can verify its status in real time and is opportunely informed when the amount reach the 60% and then the 80% of its usage, so that the User can provide to replenish his Deposit Account

If the Amount is totally used, the Usercode is temporarily blocked until a new amount is deposited, with a Replenishment Order by the User.

How to start a Deposit Account

To activate a Deposit Account the minimum charge required is А 200; the User has to make an order using the available procedure. To use that procedure the User must have a Code and a Password; please contact the Italian National Centre in case the code were blocked or not yet active.
The payment can be done with credit card or a Wallet Bankpass, through a Secure Server.
As soon as we receive the payment notice, the National Centre will activate the Deposit Account on the User Code; an invoice is sent for the User's filings.

How to replenish the Deposit Account

You are informed when the amount available is near to end; we suggest to make a new payment before the amount end completely, as in this case the code is blocked.
The recharge of the budget - also in this case for a minimum of А 200 - is made through a web inteface on a Secure Server, by entering a new order and the credit card (or Wallet Bankpass) details.

Secure Server
The web interface web is provided of a digital certification VeriSign with SSL at 128 bit, which allows, through your browser:

the authentication of the site you connect to;
the authentication of the Comapny or Organization which owns and manages the site;
the encription of the information thanks to the SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer).
