• GEM is NOT a free service. Charges are incurred for use of the GEM system and databases. Please make sure that you read and understand the GEM pricelist and charges before registering.
• You must register and agree to all Terms and Conditions of the Contract to obtain a User Name and Password(s).
• The contract gives access to GEM and the Complementary Services.
• Registration for a User Name and Password(s) is free of charge.
• All usage of the charged services will be invoiced monthly.

Online registration
To register online just follow the steps listed at Register for GEM.
You will need to read and agree the Terms and Conditions of the contract and pricelist, provide organisation and address details and choose your own GEM User Name and Password(s). Your National Centre will notify you by email when your User Name and Password are activated.

Postal registration
To register by post simply complete and return the form to your National Centre. They will send you a copy of the contract for completion. On receipt they will issue you with your GEM User Name and Password(s).

Your National Centre offers full customer support, a helpdesk, training, System documentation and billing in your local currency.
